I have mostly heard of vacation home swapping down this way. HGTV had a program about it and I saw an ad one time. I think this is the site that I saw. Home swapping (http://www.thehomeswap.com/ - broken link)

What are your suggestions for swapping?
I live in the Summerville area of South Carolina and abt 25 mi from Charleston and the beaches.
Home was new in 07 and have been here 5 yrs.........3/2 1/2/1
golf community w/ amminity center and pool DR Horton builder homes.
New in 07 $194000...
