Yep John, you are sooo right, those fishing days when i get down there for good will be fun! Did someone say something about beer??? And yes that Tiki bar WILL be there!!

All sounds good to me!! Hmmmmm..... Tiki bar on the dock............
Woke up to a little snow and ice sure won't miss that!

ick. at least we haven't had any of that recently. So the snow we do have now is that nice black shrunken snow bank style.

as an aside I was told today Charlotte County codes are changing with regard to wind loads etc. applications after March 15 will need to address the more stringent ones. waterfront lots are the ones more applicable

At least the Insurance for wind will be lower until the Insurance companies change the requirements again. We had a wind mitigation done in June and now the Insurance company wants to do an audit because the rules have apparently been changed.
