I heard there was an article in one of the local newspapers recently about sewer problems in one of the areas of Rotonda. If anyone read that or knows some of the info let me know,Thanks!

we were connected the the county sewer about 6 months ago. no real problems, the alarm has gone off a couple of times -faulty panel whcih they replaced. it dfid take ages for the landscaping to be 'repaired' and a pretty crappy job it was too

we are looking at lots in your area again,settling possibly on one or another if things work out.

I believe so,we are still settled on the same home builder we were talking with before,and their realtor people have our present home listed on the market. We are still tossing about, a couple of the offered models they have,which have a standard layout ,but can be tweaked to a certain degree. Sorry for not staying in touch,we had a great time visiting and found your dogs to be quite entertaining
