My wife and I are looking for a new place and figured I'd ask here. We need a 3 bedroom minimum that allows a medium dog (32 lbs), 2 bath, 2+ car garage, etc. Must be in a nicer neighborhood in PC, PG or possibly NP. Any/all of the following would be a HUGE plus- a pool, community pool (if condo, townhouse, etc.), community boat access, waterfront with a boat lift, etc.. Looking to pay $1200/mo and under. We apparently just missed a nice place back off of Monaco with a boat lift for ~$825
- would have been perfect for our needs!
We already checked out Lakes of Tuscana in PC and found the units to be way too small, especially for the price- by the time you add an extra garage (the attached one car will not cut it alone), pet fees, "convenience fees", etc., we were over $1300/mo for a relatively small 3 bedroom apartment. There is no way they are the 1500 sq ft they advertised
...
Anyway, if any Realtors read this or anyone else know of or have anything, please let me know if you have anything that would suit us
