Headlines this morning about a fall in existing home sales due to lack of supply.
Locally I see a slight increase in the number of listings from the Summer months but that may be due to the selling season being upon us.
Are there any forum members currently looking for a house who would like to share their experiences? Feel free anyone at all who would like to chime in.

TamRE....Just because I'm curious..are those home sales for ALL sales? Which would include mobile/condo sales or are for single family home sales alone?

I'll await TamRe's reply, but I think it includes all property. It is price based. Since most lots and mobile homes are in the lower end of the market, they would be accounted for in those percentages.
