Now my experience with Casa Pools was just the opposite of rock creek's for the same work and it was last year as well. I needed some cracked tiles replaced and some missing tiles as well. (I had an estimate in April for the tiles, as well as a salt chlorinator and heater) I decided to get just the tilework done in June and contacted them. They told me they are very busy building pools that time of year and "fit" that kind of work in, but don't really expect it to be done until September. Okay, no problem, I waited. I heard nothing, went back at the end of September. I was told it wouldn't be able to "fit" in until November. Well, NO THANKS. If you just don't want to do the work just say so!!

When I was looking to build a pool, I went to Casa Pools in person and spoke to the receptionist and gave her my contact information and what we were looking to do and no one ever called us back.

I call Fulton Pools when one of my buyers wants to know what the condition of a pool and equipment is before they buy. They come out to take a look at it for free. One of the owners usually comes out, either John or Colin. (941) 625-7929

its probably not that they didn't want the job just that they couldn't afford to do it right then, when im busy with large jobs in season I cant afford to stop for a small one or a small one done would cost more I will often tell a customer my slow time of year when I can give them a better deal

that said I had a pool built by tropical pools 9 years ago and was happy with them

I second Fulton Pools, I purchased mu home in March and inspected the pool for free.

The inspection found a leak in some of the plumbing that was easily fixed for about $100

They now do my weekly cleaning.

To the OP......one thing you didn't mention was, how much water you are adding. The one thing I have learned for sure is, the Florida sun sucks the water out your pool. It is "normal" to add water weekly.

And if you have a golden retriever that swims daily at least 5 gallons comes out every time he gets out of the pool.

That's for sure Make sure you have some sort of hair filter or such on the skimmer or the main filter will get clogged up

We use the skimmer basket filters and clean that daily, hubby cleans the filter every two or three days to get the hair out. No biggie at all!!!
