Allstate does. Mine is through the Ezzi group in Punta Gorda, but I would imagine other offices would as well.

That's a simple $5 fix. Install a hose valve just under the main supply valve. That way the pool guy still has water access but the house supply is off.

Not a bad idea. I was already planning on having the house re-plumbed (after having my first under-slab leak this summer ) next year and was planning on some minor changes, such as adding a hose bib on the lanai. I think I'll add your suggestion to the list. Thanks!
