Well...I haven't yet, but now I know I won't! I caught my neighbor's wife SPYING through a hole in fence today (gasp!) DH and I were in the pool just talking and I caught a glimpse of her standing there...and then while I was thinking "is she looking at us?" SHE WAVED! I just ignored her and acted like I didn't see her. I mean this was just a tiny part of ONE board that was loose and leaning over to the side a few inches. WHO STANDS there peeking at their neighbor! They (her and her DH had just knocked on our door that morning to introduce themselves,) so it's not like she was curious who we were. The fence will be fixed first thing tomorrow!!! (sorry for venting)

I thought so too!!! I mean if they hadn't already seen us and met us earlier this morning I would chalk it up to her just being curious who her neighbors were. So now I have to look at it as being creepy or nosy!

I would hang a sign about 3 ft back from the fence saying "BUSTED" keep your eyes on your side of the fence!

hahaha I'm thinking of hanging a sheet over the fence and painting 2 big eyes (putting the eyes on her side of course.)

Thats how we met our first friends when we first moved down. I saw the across the canal neighbor looking through cheap plastic binoculars to see what we were up to. I grabbed my 50 power Nikons and looked back while waving . When she saw me she waved back and then hid. That was 5 years ago and we are still good friends and still laugh about it.

Curiosity is normal, spying is a different story .

I would do it anyway just for fun. My yard, my pool, my rules.

Cute story but different than mine....I am very friendly and we had already met, so the "curiosity" part should had been over. Maybe it wasn't on her part and we'll laugh too, about this in 5 more years. I'm still getting the fence fixed tomorrow.

Heck if I went skinny dipping in my pool and the neighbor was spying it would cure them real quick. Just the threat of me trotting around some in speedo's would do the trick.
