All we want is the part back. U can ask for his side of the story id love to hear it. Calling less than 30 minutes after he left (which I have records of) with the diagnosis that couldn't have been made at the house is just a bit odd to me. Not trying to start the boat is even worse.

Something just doesn't sound right. Jay has always been very polite. As I said, taking parts is VERY common, don't believe me if you don't want to. If he's only 10 mins to his shop, then that gave him 20 minutes to test the pump and call you back. What's so strange about that? It doesn't take 3 hours to diagnose a fuel pump.

No influence whatsoever. Just a 4x customer. But I haven't seen him in almost 2 years. We moved to Englewood in 2014.
