I was at Fisherman's Village this morning and decided to go check out the Iron Ox. Well Bill was there and we talked for a few minutes. Very nice guy. He said he should be up and running by November. I have followed his work on the boat at
www.fishtheclassic.com . He has a Shamrock as well.
If you go he is next to the King Fisher Fleet.
He said he will post here when he starts as well as facebook.
It's nice to see a workboat/commercial fisherman in the local waters.
I would like to go with him some night just to see how it works. Being on the water anytime is OK by me.

When I saw the "For Sale" sign on the Iron Ox last year I mentioned to a friend that we should buy it and charge tourist to take them out shrimping and then split the catch with them. We figured we'd pretty much look like Forrest Gump and Lt. Dan out there and dismissed it. And no, I'm not saying who looks like who.
