I really like the color choices. Especially the blueish tile. Are you doing pebble tech in the shell?

No we didn't splurge for pebble tec. We had it in our AZ pool and liked it but we elected to spend our options money this time on extra deck sq footage and deck raises & water features. We went with the standard krystalcrete quartz in blue pepper. It has a ten year warranty.

Probably a better idea in the long run.

I noticed most of the pools are some form of concrete in fla. Most of the pools up north have vinyl liners. I wonder why? Cost, weather, looks, longevity or all of the above. Maybe I think access to the water lines under the pool up north just in case a line freezes and has to be replaced. Any input? Thanks as I was looking at a house that had no pool but I would install one as there was plenty of room.

I think it's cost as well as the freeze thaw cycle up north. I would imagine to overcome the freeze thaw issues when building a ceeement pond up north the construction would need to be much heavier.

You definitely don't want to build a concrete pool in the freeze zones. Cracks=leaks

I also don't think the vinyl liners would last very long here with our sun.
