UPdate, just called them and they are indeed still in business but only in Punta Gorda. Down past Airport rd. Whew! Should have called them first. Wanted to delete this post but can't.
Cheers All!
<Whew!>

Just went to Harbor Seafood this am to get our yearly new years eve feast. Wanted oysters, their Portabella mushrooms <awesome!>, Oysters Rockefeller and cold water lobsters and they have their doors closed and the store empty. Their FaceBook page last entry was Aug.

Does anyone know where I can go to get the necessities needed for Wed? Will travel if necessary. I would figure PC would have a store somewhere. I know where to get shrimp though

Help, this can't be!
Thanks!

Going South on 41 after you pass the car dealerships and the Publix shopping center on your left you will see a smaller strip mall on your right with a Sherwin Williams Paint store and a Japanese restaurant. The Seafood store and restaurant is to the right of the paint store.

Hope to see you while you are here, Frogman. Gotta come see the changes. I'm working from home all week and off Thursday/Friday.

Glad you posted about the move. I would be in a panic if I just pulled up to the empty store in PC.

They do have a facebook page. Wasn't updated since Aug 2014 a few days ago. Spoke to the owner and she said she didn't have time. Hmmmmmm.
Awesome place however they NEVER get our order right. Ordered 18 oysters raw in the shell and got 6 monsters. Ordered 2 Portabella mushrooms (Awesome!) and got one big honker. Did get the cold water lobsters though.

One thing you will learn about SW FLA, Faxes are still used, email-here and there. Websites? Maybe.......
Updated websites? Good luck!

I guess due to the population (elder), the technology isn't the main focus. Heard Google wanted to put in a data center a while back but it was voted down by the council. If this is indeed true, I'll like some names, addresses and phone numbers. Oh, I'm in IT and have had to travel to Naples, Ft Myers, Sarasota and did have a gig locally with the big health group but there is book on that endeavor.

Kidding of course about who voted them down. Welcome, you'll love the group here and even more the area!

Remember don't post anything a criminal could use to their advantage. With the group here and everyone is so friendly, it's hard to forget sometimes. These posts can be read by anyone and once you post, you can't delete and only edit for about 30 min. After that, you need to get a moderator involved and our new mod (North Pinellas Guy) seems to be here a lot. However if he is doing something else at that time, the info is already out there.....
