Not entirely off topic but close A Number of years ago Mexico switched to DLST but forgot to write in the need to change the time back. By the time they got things straightened out the kids were going to school at 5 AM in total darkness hahahaha Too Many Layers of Government and none that play well together

Won't this complicate things in FL even more seeing as how it's already split between two Time Zones?

I'd prefer Eastern Standard Time.

I could care less what we do about DLST now that I am retired.. I get up when I want to, and I seldom to never, plan anything before 9 AM or later.. ( Is There still a 7 AM or a 6 AM or a 5 AM? ) Need I really say that whenever I desire it to be, ITS 5 O'Clock Somewhere...
As for it costing $2 Billion Dollars a year in man hours??? I NEVER took all my clocks to work and set them, so it never cost Anyone, Anything! I will mention that if that was the case, FPL has cost us TRILLIONS!!!! How many times a year do you have power outages

Best news I've heard in a while...I'm not a morning person, mostly fish/boat in the late afternoon.
