Hello all,

My wife and I have had enough of the cold winters here in SE PA. We're looking to be snowbirds at first but eventually full timers. We should be officially under contract on a house in PGI (sailboat water - 5 minutes to harbor).

Just wanted to stop in and say hi. We're working with SoFLGal who has been a great help.

Welcome to the forum and good luck with closing on your new home. I'm In the cold also right across the river from you in Glassboro. Still have to work up here but can't wait to get back to PGI. Mark

I hear ya Mark. I'm an engineer and my company is based in Coral Springs, FL. I can work from either PA or FL. I travel a lot but it's a good gig.

Welcome to the forum and to PGI. My parents are from Saxton, PA and I have lots of other relatives in PA, but we moved here from NY. Don't miss the winters one bit. You will enjoy it here. Good luck with everything.
