thanks to all for the warm welcome..yes,we're settling in nicely..finding our way around and exploring things a bit..and yes, I definitely left the snow shovel back up north..we had about 10 yard sales last summer..first thing to go was the snow blower, second was the log splitter..may they R.I.P.
