I hope it happens so I can easily go to SeaRea35's house by boat and drink from his kegerator .

It's taking almost 3 years to get the permits to dredge Alligator Creek because of the Sawfish and the permits still haven't been issued.

I'm guessing getting the EPA to allow PGI to drain into Alligator Creek is going to be tough to overcome.

Due to the EPA you should probably invest in your own Kegerator.

Does anyone care to share their thoughts on the deep creek area of Punta Gorda? I have seen a few new listings for new homes there that meet all the check marks. They are above the original price range I mentioned but looks like Boston home is going for higher then we expected so might be worth exploring if the experts give a thumbs up!
