Just purchased a canal lot in SGC. Looking to build within the next year. Have toured several builders homes and really liked your home builders floor plans and standard features. Has on one on here had any dealings with this builder. Thanks in advance.

I can stand behind Mr Sunshine and Vantage Homes. They are a very solid builder, not production-bang them out but more of a custom a la carte type builder. I'm not going to say anything negative about Your Home but I will say is that if I were to be personally building I would use Vantage Homes. All of my customers who have had dealings with them have been very pleased.

We were only in Port Charlotte for a long weekend planning on buying but when we didn't find anything we liked shifted to buying a lot and building, We only had time to tour the builders located outside SGC sorry we missed you Mr Sunshine!!!

No problem, right now we don't have a big presence in SGC...........we are doing a lot of business in Rotonda
