Just in case, we pulled the boat out of the harbor last night and have in stowed in the storage compound here. I figured if I was totally prepared nothing would happen. You're welcome.

New 11pm NHC update has Joaquin at 70mph and 988mb... getting stronger. Hurricane watches are up for parts of the Bahamas. Now expected to hit 105mph in 72hrs. This update has a little shift to the west. Couple this with the Gulf Low pressure system expected in the Panhandle area and then moving northeast...the mid-Atlantic region could be in for a real soaker. Things still very complex down the road as far as impacts. Stay tuned!
