I watched the meeting last night these guys are a bunch of idiots.

They didn't even know what a half ton, three-quarter ton and 1 ton pickup truck was.

One speaker said that because his truck could tow 7000 pounds that it was a 3 ton truck and the guy from the county agreed. It seems that even the people that wrote the law at the county don't realize that half ton three-quarter ton in 1 ton refer to the cargo weight not the towing capacity that if they want to craft a law restricting the size of trucks it needs to be done on gross vehicle weight.

They also admitted that they don't even currently enforce the regulations that are on the books unless a neighbor complains.

That's why I bought in a community with a HOA that's not a PIA, neighbor. I would hate to pay good money for a home and my next door neighbor inherited Sanford and Son's junkyard.

How disappointing..These are the people who have been voted to have our best interest at heart? They cannot manage such a small job but they are the ones who take on projects like Edgewater Expansion and Murdock Land Development?? The dont know if the have the funds to inforce existing laws and codes but they keep spending money every day every week every month on projects that are TOTAL BS.

Well, the CC Commissioners rolled this through. Now we have to see how it is enforced. If you have a F450 its equialent or lighter, you are OK for trucks. No six wheeled boat trailers in the drive.
