That's why I bought in a community with a HOA that's not a PIA, neighbor
. I would hate to pay good money for a home and my next door neighbor inherited Sanford and Son's junkyard.

How disappointing..These are the people who have been voted to have our best interest at heart? They cannot manage such a small job but they are the ones who take on projects like Edgewater Expansion and Murdock Land Development?? The dont know if the have the funds to inforce existing laws and codes but they keep spending money every day every week every month on projects that are TOTAL BS.

Well, the CC Commissioners rolled this through. Now we have to see how it is enforced. If you have a F450 its equialent or lighter, you are OK for trucks. No six wheeled boat trailers in the drive.
