The shark in the video is a large sand tiger. There were a lot of them that day. This one got my attention!

We have Sand Tigers here in New Jersey. While they have a nasty looking set of teeth they are quite docile.

I don't believe there has ever been a confirmed attack or fatality.

admittedly I dont know my shark ID very well,( There are over 440 of them) so I went and had a look.. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sand_Tiger_Sharks

Interestingly enough they , someone , names a non-aggressive shark after a Very Aggressive one ,for shock value I guess?
Isnt tha typical for the world we live in..
