Tried to post a picture but couldn't...basically, it's located at the most south eastern point of North Port...close to RV Griffin Reserve

Im sure I either finished a house or looked at one out that way....quite remote IIRC...I hope you are close to power...

That section is northwest of Lake Suzy. There is no power, water or sewer. It may be quite a few years before anything is built in that area. They only thing you will find is paved roads. If you go to the other side of I-75 there are a few scattered homes here and there Did you buy for investment purposes or to build a home?
