Hello guys, new to the forum here. I bought a lot in North Port east of 75. Anyone know or heard about potential housing developments there etc?

Thanks for your help.

Tried to post a picture but couldn't...basically, it's located at the most south eastern point of North Port...close to RV Griffin Reserve

Did you visit the property prior to buying it?

Is that considered "the estates"? Seems to me that is pretty far out.

That section is northwest of Lake Suzy. There is no power, water or sewer. It may be quite a few years before anything is built in that area. They only thing you will find is paved roads. If you go to the other side of I-75 there are a few scattered homes here and there Did you buy for investment purposes or to build a home?
