Tell me about it, it has gone crazy this past few months.

in 2015 we increased numbers by 400% (ok last year we only did 3 homes )

right now we already have half that in place for 2016 and season hasn't even started,
we tell people its a 3 month wait............no problem

I would say we are getting on average 3 enquiries a week, Thursday alone I spent 6 hours solid with 'buyers' and realtors, I have 2 more appts today !!

my days are starting at 5.30 and finishing around 9pm......not every day but I'm doing something 7 days a week.

what really pleases me from feedback we are really getting our message across

I honestly don't see it slowing down for a good while..................

That is a testament to your work
Hopefully it is still as busy when I come down, I don't want to work 7 days but enough for boat money would be awesome. Oh yeah and golf as well.
When I get back down love to come and see your homes.

Don

That's why we bought our lot on a canal in PC. The neighborhood may not be what we would like to see, but it's all about location, right? Big House and Harbor Hopper have both been up the canal to our lot, it's, what? 20-30 minutes tops? And some great scenery on the way!
