Hello again, I have posted a few questions on this forum in the past and you all have been very helpful. We are in the process of remodeling both bathrooms in our home and want to have the entire home professionally cleaned afterwards. While the remodeler will clean up his mess, the home has not been lived in or cleaned since we purchased it last spring. Who are some of the professional cleaners that the builders in the area use to clean their new homes before the owner take occupancy? We are looking for recommendations for a total and major clean job. Windows inside/out, floors, cabinets, closets, light fixtures, etc. Thanks.

We've been very pleased with:
Ivan Soto 941-380-3654 941-204-3304 HDPropertyMaintenanceLLC@gmail.com

I know of one builder who has used him and speaks highly of him as well. Not sure if he'd be able to accommodate your schedule but I'd certainly give a call. Very reasonable too.

If you call, tell him I sent ya. Won't do any good, but tell him anyhow.

I emailed Gabriela from HD Prop Maint listed above for a cleaning job for a client and they quoted $150 (4/2, 2,000 sqft home). $200 including windows in & out. I wonder what others are charging?

I'm surprised at the 150! Our house is 2100 sq ft and we pay considerably less than that with them.... hmmmm Now, windows in and out? I'd probably charge 500.

But ours is just "normal" cleaning. Is yours post construction possibly?

No, my client's home has never been lived in since being flipped back in April. It's very nice, but, with any empty house, you know there's bugs that get in and poop all over. My client's have a toddler daughter and I want them to arrive to a clean house, not have to mop and disinfect everything at 8pm upon arrival.
She said it would be approx 6-8hrs, so I didn't think $150 was too bad. I'd hate to try to get them down in price and end up with a half-a$$ job...

$20 per hr is less than what I pay in NJ. Seems fair

For that kind of a cleaning job it seems VERY reasonable to me. That's basically a floor to ceiling PITA job. Ivan is a very honest and reliable, hard working young man. We're pleased with all of the work he's done for us. He mainly cleans, but does power washing and most other things. He even painted a couple of emblems on our house that I couldn't/wouldn't do. (I've broken my back 3 times from falls... ain't happening again... )
