The motor is probably shot and it can't be watertight, right? I mean, wouldn't it be smarter for the guy to leave it in the water and find a hidden and quiet shoreline spot, and stay off everyone's radar?

I told Mrs c , technically I don't think it is on her land.....the first 20' is county land.......................
Right but she pays taxes on it so I believe she is entitled to "full use and enjoyment" with exception to when the county needs to utilize that ROW

I don't think you pay taxes on a public/utilities easement..

Maybe so.... But in Florida you can just park you junk boat, car, truck, RV or whatever in front of just anybody's property? You can't do that in Wisconsin! I guess I still have a lot to learn about Florida laws. Maybe I'll park my empty boat trailer a few houses down the street so it don't take up room on MY lot!
