Check behind the new Aldi store in port charlotte/north port (coco plum mall area) the canals Jupiter way etc. Some parts of the canal are not in a flood zone at the begining and there's lots for sale. Town water, and close to stores etc. 8-)

Nope- just really close to the Alabama border in Walton County. There's a small park there with restrooms, picnic tales, and a log book to sign for people who are trying to get to the highest point in all 50 states.
