Anyone have any idea how much it might cost to clear a building lot? The lot is in Rotonda/Englewood area and has brazilian pepper on it and it has to be removed.

I've had a few done for $1,200-1,500 if no trees have to be cut down.

We had a bunch of banana peppers on our lot we were worried about, but when we were down again in January, they were pretty much dead! Weird!

HH, Saturday I noticed someone clearing your old lot on Rock Creek.

Some of my neighbor's bought adjoining vacant lots and landscaped them to look like parks next to their homes. So nice to see that. No vacant lots next to me but someday I hope to acquire both homes on either side of me, then turn them into short term vacation rentals in my retirement. Then again, Maybe I just played too much Monopoly as a child.

Nice to see the owner is keeping it up. I paid $1,200 to clear that one when I was selling it and was afraid the new owner would just let it grow wild again.
