Best of Luck to you and your family on your next journey. Hope you will still continue to answer any posts pertaining to this forum. The next owner will have some house. You have good taste in all the upgrades you did.

Can't reveal specifics just yet but suffice it to say, it was the only offer I couldn't refuse 24 hours into listing. Yes, the SWFL market is hot, hot, hot. And it's only the first day of fall.
Now I have to price out my furniture because they want it all. Turnkey buyer. Gotta love that.
Like I said Bill, if there's things you WILL NOT part with, just exclude it from the list. No big deal.

Best wishes on your move back to Arizona. We just bought a house in Port Charlotte it was our offer and 3 others, they picked ours, the house we bought was on the market for 3 days. We will be moving from Lehigh Acres ( no Lehigh bashing ) and have been in Florida for 4 years. Although I'm excited to get up to Port Charlotte I'm sad to leave all the people I've met in the last 4 years.
We rent here so no house to sell in Lehigh. Leave the Refrigerator and buy a new one when you get back to Arizona.

No Lehigh bashing, but good move on your part.
