Where is this place located? I thought it was on the Peace river. The ad doesn't really say where it is.

Here is a quote from their sales pitch--"Your biggest decision may very well be deciding whether you would rather float in Florida's largest private resort pool or head out onto the ocean from the white sand beach".

Going over the bridge to Port Charlotte from Punta Gorda look to your left at the miniature golf course. The construction includes areas on both sides of the street there.

The park on the east side seems poor planned. You have to come over the bridge from punta gorda just to get to it

I went and filled out the form to get more information and one of the questions is what size condo are you interested in:


One Bedroom $650k and up
Two Bedroom $850k and up
Three Bedroom $1.1m and up


That's some pretty high prices for PC condo's.
