Here is the web link for Sunseeker Resort - https://www.sunseekerresorts.com/

Kings Gate is a nice community with a lot of activities. They have single family homes and villas. It is a 55+ gated, golf course community. You do not have to belong to the golf club unless you want to. The golf course and restaurant are open to the public. You can ride your golf cart to the local stores right outside of the community to go grocery shopping at Winn Dixie, Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Bealls Outlet, Walgreens and a few other stores and restaurants. It is convenient to I-75 and lots of other shops along Kings Highway. It is about a 10 minute drive to Punta Gorda over the bridge, 40-45 minute to the beach in Englewood.

Thanks! Just wish some residents of King`s Gate would post with reviews of this community

I understand from friends in PG that King's Gate community is a great place, has 'tons' of activities and a lot of fun.

Possibly most of them don't belong to C-D or don't spend much time on here; and very possible they are out and about having fun.
