Is anyone familiar with Bella Luna, a restaurant at Fisherman's Village?

I was walking past it yesterday and wondered if it would be a good place to take friends from out of town.

Thanks,

Mikey

Bella Luna is very good Italian food. It is actually some of the best Italian food that I have had since leaving Chicagoland.

Though it is very good, it's not a place I would choose to take visitors from up north, since there's not much scenery. I guess you have to decide which is more important to your guests. Good food or fantastic scenery. Not many places have both around here. Harpoon Harry's and Laishley Crab house are mediocre. Haven't been to Captains Table yet. And Portofino is decent with great views.

We like Portofino too. Captains Table is good. Harpoon harry's is all about the view, not the food, for sure.
HH, what's the name of that other place in Fishermen's Village where we had lunch last time we were down? That was good food. We ran into a guy when we were standing in Lake Monona last Sunday (well, not literally ran into him..) and his parents live in PC. We were, of course, discussing our favorites places down there, and I couldn't remember the name. Something "oyster"...

Very good Italian food, a little short on scenery, as HH said. The maitre d' actually speaks Italian, and is a pretty funny guy if you parlare in po'.
