Just signed the papers on our Punta Gorda waterfront home! Nine years in the making but we made it! Big shout out to Harbor Hopper... If there is a better real estate agent out there I don't know who that could be? If your looking for a home in SW Florida.. HH is your guy, NOBODY does it better!! Also a big thanks to Mr. Sunshine for his fine advice and honesty! Looking forward to Paradise and sunny days ahead....Ye haw!!

We were.. But it just didn't work out for us... We sold the lot in 6 days and decided to buy a house already built... Nice saltwater canal house in a better area. STILL have to build the pool and and lanai and search for the right boat so the adventure continues....Life is good!!

Second... I could not agree with you more! We met Mr. Sunshine through this forum. He introduced us to HH. They are TWO GREAT and HONEST people.

We weren't sure if we wanted to build or buy. We learned ALOT about SWFL from both of them.
We ended up buying like you, and HH made the entire process painless and easy.

If we every build, Mr Sunshine WILL be our builder.
