Glad to hear this! PG is a nice little town from what I can tell. I’ve only been here about 17 months myself, so I’m hardly an expert on the area. Not sure when you’re moving, but hopefully you can get settled in before the onslaught of snowbirds!

As you should be. It's a beautiful area with a lot to do if you so choose to. Congratulations.

First of all, I said "maybe" and sweetening a deal happens ALL THE TIME, sometimes right up to closing, depending on circumstances. And you know it.

Furthermore, there's nothing wrong with advising someone to consult an attorney if they have a concern.

Whatever the case, the OP seems to be satisfied and is looking forward to their new home. I wish them all the happiness in the world.

One of our Florida posters, Hammocks Bum, has been keeping track of water levels in Lake O. When it reaches a certain level, they release. Still happenin' , I'm sorry to say.
