It would appear that "enforcement" could fall under a number of jurisdictions. Throw on top of that, maritime law (mooring, anchoring, etc.) that waters could get a bit muddied. This is completely anecdotal, but I have seen agencies (not in FL) who have jurisdiction of environmental concerns where the water is involved (DEP, EPA) who —as soon as a vessel goes underwater, especially if leaking fluids of any kind— make it their business to involve themselves, with a vengance. Maybe this is a route to explore. Good luck with this, it would seem an easy task to track down the lawful order via the VIN# on the hull.

I reported it to the DEP a while back. If the boat was leaking fluids, they'd be depleted long ago. Getting someone's attention on the matter is the hard part. My best hope is if this house sells, if ever, the new owners would likely get rid of it.

I would notify the county (you probably have) as well as the commissioner that represents your district. If no response/reply, iyou could always go to a commission meeting and during the open comment section air your grievance.
That's not a bad idea. I plan on being at a county meeting in May to help advocate for the dredging of our canals. I could bring it up then.
