Is there a list somewhere that tells me how much the lot fees are in the mobile home communities. The prices of the mobile homes are affordable but I cannot afford many of the lot fees and the lot fees are never listed. I am getting weary having to search for that amount every time I find a mobile home I might be interested in.

Go to realtor. Com and look up details of property. Usually there. I know on Fl. west coast fees 1200 1800 per month .Some parks require home have insurance. That's 1400 2000 per year.
