Sounds like you've got a good plan in place in terms of employment. (Far better than a lot of folks who come through here) I agree with Chris about trying to find an open clause like that. It can be hard to find the hidden gems of housing stock until you live in an area for a while, and you might discover that you can do far better than you thought once you move down.

thanks to every ones help we have 2 ?? are there any agents that have any rent with option and any more insight into the area of port Charlotte good and bad the nice area's and the not so area's if we don't find what we want we will rent for a year or so and wait to find the right home
