After 13 years our lab Bear had to be PTS.

It has been a little over a week.......I still hear him walking in the house at night.

I know my CD pet lovers will understand this.

He was such a good boy.

His back just gave out.

We are broken hearted......

We love you Bear!!!!!

Thanks......

I can not think of anything more Bear could have had in life.

I am thankful to our vet who came out at 11:30 PM to help Bear.

I'm very sorry for your loss, Driller. It's been about 4.5 weeks since Bandit's passing, and I still don't know what to say...what words might offer comfort.

I will hope that he has found Bear and they are horsing around and fast friends already. {{{hugs}}}

I am so sorry.

Our animals give us such joy but the hardest part of having them in our lives is when we have to say good bye.

It's been a rough year for me - and ironically my losses haven't been my "seniors" (which I have many) but young animals who should have long, full lives ahead of them.

I am sorry to hear that Cinebar.....

Bear was 13 and from a BYB....we knew both him and Angel had hip problems. (after we loved them)

Angel seems to be doing OK by herself.

That could be because Bear was with me most of the time and Angel with her "dad".
