Smokey passed away yesterday at around 4:25pm. She had either a stroke or seizure, possibly both. It was quick, and she didn't suffer. She will be missed.

I'm very sorry for your loss. She was beautiful and obviously very much loved. I'm glad she didn't suffer as well.

So sorry. I believe she is now running the great catnip fields of the sky, happy and healthy, with lots of new friends. My Katrina and Buster were there to greet her. <<hugs>>

Yes, this is true. She was a stray, and led a hard life before I took her in. The last nine months of her of life were spent as an indoor cat, and she never wanted to go outside again. She never wanted for food and slept on a baby blanket on the couch, and I'm sure that she enjoyed it. I miss having her around, she was a funny cat!

Blessings for taking Smokey in and making her life so wonderful. Such a beauty and I know you miss her but smile at the memories you have of her.
My sincere condolences on her passing.
