If you know anything about the neighborhood, schools, crime, etc, I'd appreciate hearing from you! We are looking at a place on the older side...off Purfoy. Thanks!

Great neighborhood, no crime at all! Older subdivision so you will see lots of great yards and landscaping. I think its a very close knit neighborhood! Great choice!

I just moved to this neighborhood about 6 weeks ago. It is very quiet, and the neighbors I have met are friendly. I have not heard about any crime, and since I have no school-aged kids, I can't comment on the schools. And the best part is there aren't any insane HOA rules or fees....just a small yearly charge to keep up and pay for the common landscaping and mowing. All in all, I like it.

We used to live on the other side of Holland Rd. We loved it there. The people were friendly and there was not any crime.
