I had thought that it is going to connect into Ashton Hall and still be Beezer. If you have drove in the neighborhood before the roads were made to extend farter and connect to something.

I could be wrong though!

Someone told me they're building a new subdivision called Greenfields, but I'm not sure who the builder is.

your right. Found this on the internet:

Greenfield Subdivision is a fully entitled residential subdivision with all plans and permits in place. Construction drawings are complete allowing the buyer to either begin development right away, or land bank this 108 unit subdivision to be well positioned for the return of the residential market. The property is approved for 57 single family lots and 51 townhouse units. Price includes all approvals, entitlements, permits and construction documents.
Greenfield Subdivision is located on Sherron Road in Durham, just north of Research Triangle Park in Durham, North Carolina. With excellent proximity to the Triangle's major employment base (RTP), this location is well situated to take advantage of the growth in Raleigh, Durham and surrounding areas.

(WONDER WHO IS THE BUILDER & WHAT PRICE RANGE)?

There's a St. Lawrence subdivision next to Grove Park Chapel that has a new builder now. Lately, I've been seeing signs that that things are looking up.

wow… that is interesting! Forever Homes is really starting to become a big player in this market! How many neighborhoods does that make for them now? They have two or three in Cary.

I was talking to Mr. Holder who's family used to own majority of that land around there. He is not happy. Really pissed that they just put up a stop light on Sherron at the corner of his house. He still keeps his cows and his brother owns a lot of land down the road. Guess times will be changing for him.
