I feel like I'm finding out about this in the 11th hour. This affects you if you are an agricultural landowner in the Falls Lake Watershed area. Evidently they want to propose legislation on how many animals you can own in an effort to reduce nitrogen and phosphorus load on Falls Lake. There are 2 public hearings, one tomorrow night and one Thursday night. For more information and if you want to attend, I've attached the letter I've received in the mail today.
