I live up the street from the new IHOP they are building and I have some concerns about it being open 24hrs, if indeed it will be open 24hrs. We all know that there will people under the influence of who knows what between midnight to the early morning hours. My concern are these people driving down my street while under the influence. The road is a winding road and I know these people will be driving down it all night long (mostly Sat. and Sun. I presume).
I read a statistic not to long ago stating 65% of all cars on the road between the hours of 1-5am are legally drunk. Since they don't sell alcohol, I doubt an IHOP will add to number of drunks who are already driving down your road.
People who party (drink) like to go to breakfast afterward.
It doesn't matter that IHOP doesn't sell alcohol.

Sawmill isn't that windy of a road, though. If I had to guess a road I would say Mourning Dove. Heck, with all those stupid jut-outs on Mourning Dove I figure the drunks would stay the heck away from there anyway. It's hard enough driving that road sober.
