What kind of animal is this (PIC) skulking across my front driveway and lawn?

Dansdrive: We thought it was squirrels knocking off the lids to the bird feeders everyday (notice this one has been tied up), then I saw him.....I did a double-take, thinking I had the BIGGEST squirrel in the world in my yard....I mean, groundhogs up in trees just don't register with the brain.
