Need a Bissell Repair Location (Cary: buy, DMV, shop)

I have tried (and failed) to locate somewhere I could get my Bissell Carpet cleaner repaired. Can anyone recommend somewhere I could go to get this repaired. Their 1800 number was completely unheplful and their website explicitly asks you not to go to the retailer. Any help, much appreciated!

You didn't say if it had to be an authorized warranty repair center or not. I think a lot of places that service vacuums will repair any brand - but possibly not provide warranty service.

Actually, that's a good point. I don't mind whether it is authorized or not.

I had my Bissell repaired at the place across from the DMV over on Buck Jones Road in CARY- it is literally right across from the entrance of the DMV-
I cannot remember the name of it though- sorry
