Hello - moving to Zebulon next weekend and wanted to see if someone could advise on with whom I should set up water/sewage utilities and trash pick up. Thanks for your help!

Not sure if there is a choice in water / sewage. For trash is might already be settled by the HOA (if there is one) otherwise go with the folks the neighbors use?

The 10 months we were in Zebulon (mailing address only, physically in Franklin Co near Bunn Lake) we just went to the convenience center--it was FREE...

Thanks, looking for a little more direction, though. While there may not be a choice of providers, i need to set up service with someone and I'm not sure who that someone is...can you give a name? I've been using search strings 'Zebulon and water and company', etc...and i'm not getting anywhere.

Have you tried the public works dept?

We were on a well system and did not have a water bill.

Default Utilities

Hi, I am in the process of moving there. The water is through the City of Raleigh. You can register on their website:

The Official City of Raleigh Portal

Electricity is through Progress Energy that you can open online

progress-energy.com click on Carolinas and Residential.

Trash I am still trying to figure out. I think there is a city based one but the city website is not very helpful. They need to add something like this on the website.

just realized I'm like8 months late on this.

For trash, if your neighborhood does not have a specific one, I've seen Waste Management, All Star, Waste Industries, and Advantage Waste in our neighborhood.
