Hi people in the know ~ Somebody here might know of a space available in Rolesville North or something that is at least 1500-3,000 sq ft. We are starting a non-profit shool for fine crafts, crafts and business of arts & crafts. Let me know if you know of anything that might work for us ~ Also we need investors !

There are all sorts of commercial buildings on 401 in Rolesville, some look empty. There are a bunch more going up now. I saw a whole strip just finish up on Rogers just west of 401.

Try Loopnet.com.

You didn't mention how much space you'll need, square footage. But with an agenda that promotes learning, etc., there should be some CITY/TOWN help (financially) you could get...(Though I'm sure you know this.)

I recently saw a vacant/FOR SALE bldg. in downtown Wake Forest, all brick.
