We are looking for a "top end" rental, where should we look? And what are the going rates? (Or you can just ask me about Australia)

We were training them to eat politicians. We have an election Saturday so we will see if we need to start training again. We have had more luck with Sharks! Sadly we lost another Surfer the other day who leaves behind a family of two young boys ....................

maybe a better definition of 'top end' would help - do you mean multi million $$$$ homes or typical 4 or 5 bedroom home in good location and presentable? or maybe just give a monthly rental value as a guide. The example on the attached link is $5200 a month.

Oh yes do you guys still wear the hats with the corks hanging on strings? if you do bring it with you to keep the mosquitos away

Moderator cut: No links to real estate sites, please.

Hey Beermat ........ we looked at the $5200 one but its 7,500 sq ft, was thinking more 6,000.

My Daughter was accepted into Cary Academy, passed recent entry test, but her year is now closed. Now talking to Ravenscroft, is this a good school? And where is a good area close by?

Corks on strings ........... Western Australia has changed, Perth average housing cost is $500,000 mining guys are on $190,000 yr and we had 2% unemployment (now 4.8 in slow down) and until a few years ago no debt and a sophisticated lifestyle.

Beermat sounds good name.........go down well here!

KellyCrash, thanks fir sites, looked at one of those, will look again near new school, My wife had a post going on schools and the replies made her start looking at schools again further a field hence Ravenscroft.

Confused about triangle, thanks for info, was more looking for a nice home

Several of the docs I work with send their kids to Ravenscroft. They are extremely pleased with the school, academics etc.
