Does anyone know where I could go in the triangle area were someone would make a sketch or painting of my sisters wedding dress that I could frame and give it to her as a wedding gift.

Not in the Triangle, but you can put out a request for custom work on Etsy - Your place to buy and sell all things handmade, vintage, and supplies. I've had a lot of success there.

Go to Triangle ArtWorks and click on forums and post under "calls for artist/jobs" and see if anyone is interested.
