I'm looking for a decent paint job for my Honda. A few years ago I had a bad experience at Peach and will not return there, any other suggestions?
Thanks

I used Triangle Collision about a year ago. They are off Airport Blvd near 54. They have a good reputation and were very dilligent in fixing my car after I hit a curb. The damage was extensive, totalling about $4500 IIRC due to suspension damage, but I did not have any paint work done (thankfully) so I can't speak directly to your question, but like I said, they have a really good rep for paintwork as I did some checking prior to bringing the car there as no one was sure if paint would need to be done or not. They tried a little extra hard to get everything into shape without paint, where I beleive some shops might have just pulled things in a haphazzard manner and ended up needing to paint the fender..

I think you'll find its tough to get a "medium" paint job. Body shops will be pricey, with MAACO, Peach, etc. at the low end. Not much that I've found in the middle.
Auto paint is expensive, to replicate the factory process you'll need separate color and clear coats. The prep work (when done correctly) is labor intensive.
