Need an Experienced Realtor for quick sale of Cary home (house, price)

Hello all!
We are trying to sell our Cary home because we have to move out of state for work. We are on a time crunch & need to sell it by Dec 1st. We need an experienced realtor that can sell our home fast. It is around the $470k price, so a realtor that is tech savvy & can market our home for a quick sale would be great.
