It's good for a chain. Sort of reminds me of a little nicer Olive Garden/Macaroni Grill. If you want to try a really good restaurant, go to Coquette in North Hills. I love that place! Great wine selection too!

I love the flat breads and salads at Brio. An ice cold Bluemoon with an orange sliced isn't bad either

Yeah, I was really impressed with Brio, especially being a chain. Largest plate of carpaccio I've ever seen and the best risotto I have had anywhere.

Glad you enjoyed it.

They have something similar at the Cheesecake factory. "Evelyn's Favorite Pasta" or smthg like that. Real good.

"Penne Tossed with Broccoli, Oven-Dried Tomato, Roasted Eggplant, Peppers, Artichoke, Kalamata Olives, Garlic, Pine Nuts and Parmesan."

It's really easy to make at home too...like pasta stir fry.
